POKER, GAMBLING AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

Poker Nomads may publish or facilitate access to information relating to poker, casino gaming, gambling events, poker rooms, operators, tournaments, promotions and related services.

Users must not use the Site to promote, facilitate or participate in unlawful gambling activities or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Any information regarding gambling, poker events, operators or promotions is provided for informational purposes. Users are responsible for determining whether participation in any referenced activity is legal and permitted in their jurisdiction.

Where applicable, users must comply with the rules, age requirements and terms imposed by the relevant poker room, casino, operator or event organizer.
