Hello, I am interested in knowing more about countries in central america that are good for grinding (good internet connection and no legal problems). I was planning to go to costa rica first and then move on to other places in the area. where do you recommend?

Hey :). Panama is another popular choice for poker players looking to relocate in the area with good Internet and is also slightly cheaper than Costa Rica, we now got a group here for Panama http://pokernomads.com/groups/panama-expats/. Nicaragua got a bit of a live poker scene but last time I was in Nicaragua the internet was not really grindable pretty much all over the country but that was like 7 years ago and should have improved a lot by now. Lot’s of Live Caribbean Stud Poker around in other countries like Honduras, El Salvador etc but the internet was pretty unstable last time I checked (has been a while). If you look a little further south there is the obvious choice of Medellin Colombia which is a great expat haven for poker players (4G has arrived hehe), we got a group here too: http://pokernomads.com/groups/medellin-expats/ as well there is Ecuador not that far away and if you look a lot further north I think Belize is another good choice for online poker pros.
